MEPW Football & Cheer 2009 League Policies
  1. No refunds will be given after 1st day of practice begins (August 1, 2010) some consideration will be reviewed on case-by-case basis.
  2. Each family will work 1 shift per child during other games to work concessions, gate admission, 50/50 raffle sales, clothing sales, site setup and clean up, chain gang, announcers, scoreboard etc. This schedule will be conducted by the team Moms of each team and coordinated with snack stand coordinator.
  3. Any parent wishing to volunteer (i.e. Team Mom, Snack Stand, etc.) that is directly in contact with the children must be able to pass a Background Check.
  4. Every child will be required to sell 20 raffle tickets for our annual fundraising. All tickets must be sold no empty tickets can be turned in.
  5. No parents are allowed on the practice field or game field. Only SCPW certified Coaches and E-Board members will be allowed on practice and game fields.
  6. There is absolutely NO SMOKING on the practice field or game fields.
  7. All Players/Cheerleaders and Parents will abide by the Code of Conduct
